I've finally found some time to put finger to keyboard and vent my spleen at the world and more specifically the increasing number of imbeciles and morons that it is my duty to deal with on a day to day basis.
You see, I am "a guy in I.T". You know him... the strange little fellow you see but dont really notice in the corridors where you work. He and his ilk are the bane of your life, always wanting you to logout at inapproprite times of the day just so they can "mess about" with the big computers in that room that no-one is allowed into. He is the overpaid guy you dislike just because he speaks in a different language of bits, kilogigs and megalumps. Yes.. I am HIM!.... and I'm about to fight back via this blog....
You'll probably see a lot of yourself in these pages in the weeks, months and (if I dont tire of it or get caught up fixing your bloody laptop for the umpteenth time because you let your teenage son "look at MySpace" on it) years to come. Hopefully the nuggets I post will help you overcome your irrational fear of computers and those like me who have to endure your incessant whining about "my email isnt working!".
